Hi, I'm Morgan, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I'm really glad you're here.

Maybe you're navigating a new or ending relationship, adjusting to a career or school change, or dealing with the stress and uncertainty life can bring. You might be feeling anxious or down, managing the weight of family estrangement, or noticing how your past, especially if you grew up in a home impacted by alcoholism or dysfunction, is still affecting you today. Together, we can begin untangling the patterns that no longer serve you.

I specialize in helping adults heal from dysfunctional family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Therapy is a space where you can work towards making sense of what you're feeling and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches including Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
