Annmarie Ransom is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience caring for individuals across inpatient, outpatient, hospice, and palliative care settings. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification through the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Annmarie believes mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and centered around the whole person. She works alongside children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families to reduce mental health symptoms while improving overall well-being and quality of life. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, addiction, or other mental health concerns, Annmarie strives to create a space where every client feels accepted, respected, and genuinely heard.
Her approach recognizes the close connection between physical and emotional health, allowing treatment to address the whole person rather than just a diagnosis. She values partnering with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, strengths, and life experiences.
As the proud wife of an Iraq War veteran, Annmarie has a deep appreciation for the unique experiences of Veterans, military families, and first responders. This personal connection continues to inspire her commitment to advocacy, compassionate care, and helping individuals build resilience throughout life's challenges.
Outside of the office, Annmarie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, coaching youth sports, biking, running long distances, traveling, and relaxing at home with her two dogs and three cats.
