Life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Whether you’re navigating depression or anxiety, a major life transition, family challenges, trauma, chronic pain or other complex health concerns, therapy can provide a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find a way forward.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare; including hospital and community social work, as well as practice as a PA in family medicine and psychiatry, I bring a unique understanding of both emotional health and the complexities of medical care. My experience working within healthcare systems has given me an appreciation for how physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, and life circumstances can intersect. I also understand how challenging it can be to navigate ongoing or complex medical concerns, particularly when you feel like your symptoms or experiences aren’t being fully understood.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe that understanding your story, including what you’ve experienced, what you’ve learned along the way, and the ways you’ve adapted can provide important insight into where you are today. I draw from approaches that consider the interconnectedness of the brain, body, emotions, and relationships, while helping you develop greater awareness, flexibility, self-compassion,

I work with you to better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop new perspectives, reconnect with what matters to you, and build skills for navigating life’s changes. Whether you’re working through depression, adjusting to a new chapter of life, managing anxiety, healing from difficult experiences, or learning to live differently with ongoing health concerns, we will work together to identify meaningful goals and create change at a pace that feels manageable.

Reaching out for therapy is an important step, and you don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to ask for support. If you're ready to explore how therapy can help, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can create a supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we explore what brings you to therapy, develop new perspectives, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
