I’m Cassie, a mental health clinician, mother, wife, and small business owner with a focus on women’s mental health across the lifespan. I came into this work after witnessing how many women quietly carry emotional overload—navigating hormonal shifts, identity changes, relational stress, and unrealistic expectations while feeling unseen or unsupported.
My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practice with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation and nervous system awareness. I help clients learn to recognize emotional and physiological signals, increase their tolerance for distress, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and flexibility rather than overwhelm or shutdown.
I primarily utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, tailored to each client’s unique season of life. Together, we focus on practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, boundary-setting, and interpersonal effectiveness—while also cultivating self-compassion and resilience.
I practice from a whole-person perspective, integrating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients can explore their inner world while developing realistic, sustainable tools for growth and healing.
Whether you are newly postpartum, navigating hormonal or life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships, I will walk alongside you with both clinical skill and genuine care. You do not have to hold everything together, alone.
If you’re interested in exploring therapy together, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to see if this feels like a good fit.
