I'm Cassie-clinician, mom, wife, and small business owner. I came into this work because I saw too many women silently struggling - feeling alone, overwhelmed, and stuck in unrealistic expectation.

I believe a woman’s journey—through hormonal shifts, identity changes, andemotional seasons—is deeply transformative, yet often overwhelming. Through training, personal experience, and continual growth, I’ve learned how to hold both the beauty and the discomfort with compassion.

Whether you're newly postpartum, navigating hormonal shifts, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships - I will walk with you. I strive to blend professional skill with deep care. Together, we will create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share your inner world. I use evidence-based, Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) tools tailored to your unique season of life that allow you to learn and implement realistic strategies for self-compassion, boundaries, and emotional regulation.
